This is a great time of year to practice your skills in **capturing Bokeh effects**. Lets trip the light fantastic as we learn how to use our cameras to capture the twinkle and sparkle of the city lights.

**Piccadilly** and **Regent Street** sre full of glowing and sparkling subjects as the worlds famous and historic streets dress up for winter shopping and Christmas/New Year. We will turn our lenes and focus control onto sparkling Christmas decorations, illuminated shop fronts and street displays, a kaleidoscope of moving traffic, and so many other Bokeh opportunities.

We will look at how to adjust your focus, zoom, and shutter speeds to get shots that express the bright lights caught in an experimental and aesthetic way. There will be a photographers chat/coffee/tea towards the end of this MeetUp to discuss how our photography has been going.

We will try out these ideas with 3 mini projects and look at the work of photographers who all work with soft focus. All levels of photographer are very welcome.

**TRAVEL**
Nearest rail and tube station is Piccadilly.

A coffee/tea/drink and photographers chat will be had towards the end of our meetup in a local cafe/pub.
