Volleyball at Alicia Park -Intermediate (H) and Advanced ONLY! Both Courts

Monday night volleyball at Alicia Park (William S. Craycraft Park), both courts.

LIGHTS (if needed): The City of Mission Viejo is now charging $21/hr to light the volleyball courts. Light reservations must be made 10 days or more in advance. If lights are needed, Organizer will pre-pay the city but we need a minimum of 4 players committed to play at least 10 days in advance of the Meetup date. Otherwise it would be a waste of money for the Organizer to pre-pay and then not have enough people to play.

REQUIREMENTS: This group has a required skill level of a High Intermediate to Advanced level. That means you are required to be able to pass and set the ball 60%+ accurately. Also, be able to hand set. Purposeful "1-overs" are not acceptable. These are not beginner or low intermediate courts. If it is determined that you do not meet these requirements you will be asked to leave.
We have a great deal of fun, but these are competitive courts.
Communication via the Comments section or DM to the Organizer is always appreciated, as is updating your RSVP if you can't make it.

NOTE: THE CITY SAID THE VB COURTS ARE FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED. PLEASE BE THERE ON TIME TO HOLD THE COURTS. ALSO, PLEASE BE WILLING TO PLAY WITH ALL PLAYERS AND HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE. WE WILL CHANGE PLAYERS AND TEAMS SO EVERYONE CAN PLAY TOGETHER. PLEASE PARK AT THE CRAYCRAFT PARK PARKING LOT AND NOT ON THE VIA LOGRONO STREET IN FRONT OF THE HOMES.

For those not familiar with the park, it is on Alicia Parkway, just past Jeronimo Rd, between Via Linda and Via Logrono. It’s a big park with 2 volleyball courts, several softball fields, and bathrooms. It’s best to park off of Via Linda and walk to the back of the park/volleyball courts.
