Mindful Monday Meditation (Note 4:30 Starting Time)

We meet at Kiwanis Park on Grand Ave at the bottom of the stairs in the circle. Please bring a cushion or chair to sit on for the meditation circle and dress warmly. You may also access the park through two alleyways on Valle Vista for those with mobility issues. No fee, always free meditation.
