Join me for this beautiful hike Dalfsen

As a good tradition we also go this year for a hike from about 15 km , this time in the east of the Netherlands.

Het Rechterense Veld is a diverse natural area with coniferous forest, deciduous forest and moors. This was once a sand dune area. The hills are still visible.

The route leads us through the woods. The beautiful country houses with beautifully landscaped parks, farms and vast forests give us t idea of being far away from civilization.

maybe we will have a look at one of the most beautiful castles of the Netherlands (although you cannot go inside)

In het Rechterense Veld grow rare plants like Wood Horsetail and royal fern. Breeding birds include raven, buzzard and Wood lark.

As usual we will have a drink together after the hike in the cosy station-café.

please look at ns.nl or 9292.nl how you can get there with public transport. The hike starts at the station.
If you come by car, please let others know if you can give them a ride, sharing car costs
