Most of the route is good tracks, but please be prepared for **some muddy parts**. You know what our weather is like :)

Please arrive at **10.00am**. The walk will leave promptly at **10.15am** or earlier if everyone arrives on time. I will arrive a little before. We should be finished by 1pm(ish).

**Parking**: Its quite a small car park but hopefully ok midweek.

**Dogs**: Well behaved dogs are very welcome on this walk.

**Fee**: There is a small charge of £2 for this walk which goes towards Meetup fees and the running of the group.

**Weather**: If it looks like it's going to be a washout and we need to cancel I will post here in the comments before 9pm the night before the walk and cancel the event. No comment / cancellation means we are going ahead.

**Some Other Notes (Please Read!)**

* It's great if other people can also organise walks for the group. Please direct message me if you would like to do that.
* Leading walks not your thing? Then how about organising a pub lunch, dinner out, a trip to a country fair, festival or other social event?

I apologise in advance, but quite a few people abuse the sign-up process making it difficult for everyone else😮‍💨.

* If you can't come please try and cancel at least 48 hours in advance if you can so waitlisted people have time to join the walk.
* Please don't **continually** sign up for events and drop out at the last minute. It's selfish, as others cannot confirm their plans as they are stuck on the waitlist.
* Please don't confirm for multiple walks on the same day with different groups. Be decisive 🙂. It's ok if you are on multiple waitlists.
* Please don't "no show" (without explanation).
* People who abuse these guidelines will be banned.
