We have over 17 years of experience designing unique and unbelievable events, meant for anyone looking to connect, mingle, and just have fun while meeting others!!
We do everything from speed dating to murder mysteries to hiking. Do the events you love while meeting others who enjoy the same activities.

Want to meet new people (and maybe that special someone) in a unique setting? Looking to get some fresh air, a little exercise and enjoy some beautiful views? Then we have the perfect event for you!
Join fun and friendly singles for a sunset stroll across the Brooklyn Bridge. Our "Date Walks" are very casual and non-awkward way to meet others. Your host will be there to make introductions and will have everyone rotate, asking the men and women to switch so everyone gets a chance to talk with everyone.
We will first meet at a Starbucks where you can grab a drink for your walk. Then we'll walk a 1.5-2 mile stretch to the Brooklyn Bridge Park to NYC. We will also hang afterwards in a nearby area.
FAQs:
How many will attend? We limit the # of attendees to 30 so that everyone has enough time to get to know each other.What are the ages? We'll have a good mix of ages and everyone usually finds others in their age group.
What if rains? We will email attendees a new date.
Can I come alone? Yes, about 90% come on their own.
How much? $15-$25 depending upon when you get ticket and # of spots left.

Speed dating is a fun low pressure way to meet eligible singles. After a few short dates you can mingle with even more singles at the mixer with dozens more singles.This event is for Singles ages 50-64
Register here: https://50plusdating.eventbrite.comDuring the check-in we'll check everyone in and encourage everyone to grab a drink and mingle. Once everyone is checked in daters will be given guideline on where to sit, how to rotate, etc.
We will be on a private floor exclusively for our event. You will have a few minutes to chat with each of your dates and then rotate until you've met everyone in your group. You will register the names of those you are interested in.
Mutual matches will be notified within 24 hours. No information is exchanged unless you both express interest in each other.

FAQs
Do I have to bring my ID?
Yes, ID is required.
COVID PROTOCOL?
We will be consistent with NYC Restaurant Guidelines, and as such, vaccines are not required.
Do I have to wear a mask during the event?
Masks are optional.
If the ages listed for the event are ages THIS and I am age THAT, can I still attend?
The general rule of thumb is 2 years above or below listed ages is fine.
Please respect the ages in the description. The hosts have the right to check your ID, and that can lead to an embarrassing situation. If you are not in the age group listed, you are welcome to arrive at 8pm and pay $25 cash at the door and just join the mixer.
What do I wear to the event?

Finally, a party where you’ll meet others who are interested in the same things as you before you even say a word! Join up to 100 fun NYSN members and friends ages 40s+ from several different social groups for this fun way to connect.
What to expect:- We will have 6 different colored tags at the check in table. Each bracelet represents something that you are interested in (Green=outdoor activities, Red= singles events, Blue = arts/culture, Yellow =travel, etc.)
- You will choose up to 3 colors that best represent things that interest you.
- When you walk into the room you will immediately see others who share the same interests as you! (Starting a conversation could not be easier!)
- We will have several rounds of ice breakers that will connect you in even more ways.
- NYSN hosts on hand to welcome you and introduce you to others at the event.
- Up to 100 members and friends coming together to mix, mingle network and connect ages 45+
- Music played at conversational levels.
- There is a 2 drink minimum.

This event is nonrefundable unless canceled. If you have tested positive for Covid or are sick with any ailment that prohibits you from attending, we will do our best to provide you with credits for select future events with a copy of your positive test results or doctor’s note.
