- ▢ 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- ▢ 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ▢ 3 large eggs , room temperature
- ▢ 2 large egg yolks , room temperature
- ▢ 2 1/4 cups cake flour
- ▢ 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- ▢ 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- ▢ 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Glaze:
- ▢ ½ cup butter
- ▢ 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- ▢ ½ cup brown sugar
