In English we use the term 'love' to mean many different things, some have found it helpful to explore ancient ideas on different sorts of love:

Eros: Romantic or passionate love, often associated with desire, attraction, and physical longing.

Agape: Unconditional, selfless love that is often more spiritual or altruistic, aiming for the well-being of others without expecting anything in return.

Philia: Affectionate, friendly love that grows out of shared experiences and mutual respect; the love found in close friendships.

Storge: Familial love, usually developing naturally between parents and children or among family members, characterized by deep care and a sense of belonging.

Every meeting will have a specific topic. We will start with a 10 min introductory talk. Members will then vote on what questions to ask, and the top questions will then be discussed in small groups.

After the group discussion the small groups report back, and we share the insights of the small groups.
