What we’re about

This is a friendly, laid-back, judgment free group intended to explore the philosophies of how to live one's life. This is a secular group but religious viewpoints are welcomed as long as there is no proselytizing. We explore practical philosophy that you can integrate into everyday living. Examples of the various philosophical schools that may be explored: Buddhism, Taoism, Stoicism, Humanism, Transhumanism, Transcendentalism, Existentialism, Absurdism, Mindfulness, etc.

ABOUT ME

I am a graphic designer moving into mental health (currently pursuing a MSCMHC to become a licensed mental health counselor). I am also the organizer of Mindfulness for Coping With Mental Illness and The Body Dysmorphic Disorder Support Group. I am very friendly, please feel free to ask me anything!
