What we’re about
We will meet up in a coffee shop and discuss “self-help“ books. They can be books that have changed your lives, books you have wanted to read, books about change or transition or getting through the fires of life. Our discussion will center around our own experiences with reading the book. We will take 20 minutes to journal and then will choose one “something” we want to do based on the books theme.
