Welcome to the Asheville North Carolina InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to Asheville North Carolina meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!
MEET THE INVESTHER LEADER: Em Nidiffer is a born and raised Appalachian woman, real estate investor and licensed General Contractor. As a former math and personal finance teacher, Em used her analytical skills become a fulltime investor, with 14+ deals under her belt. Em and her wife have deployed most real estate strategies in their journey to find the one that works the best for them. They have done short-term rentals through Airbnb, long term rentals, buy and hold, BRRRR, and are working on their first flip. They also have experience with multiple asset classes having owned multi-family properties, single family homes and mobile homes, all located in the western North Carolina area. Em is passionate about reaching financial freedom through passive income, creating an impactful legacy for her family, and working side by side with other women who are seeking financial freedom on their own terms.
