Welcome to the Boise, ID InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to Boise meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!
MEET THE INVESTHER LEADERS
Amanda Rockrohr, was a benefiter to house hacking before she knew it was a thing. Dan, her husband, understood the power of real estate investing and patiently awaited Amanda to catch on. Fast forward a couple of years later, Amanda and Dan welcomed their first child, Reece, during the crazy times of COVID. This changed their perspectives in so many ways and before the end of Amanda’s maternity leave, she knew a 9-5 job was not going to help her accomplish her goals of financial freedom and time wealth. This jump-started her real estate career and a new passion for financial freedom and wealth through real estate. Dan and Amanda currently invest in multi-families, in their home state, Idaho, and will be venturing out to Oklahoma as long-distance investors. As a full-time real estate investor now, if Amanda is not talking about real estate, she is spending her time with her family, walking her dog, or Latin dancing.
Kyli Osojnicki is a real estate rookie seeking financial freedom. She has dipped her toes in a variety of different real estate sectors including both long and short term single family and multi-family rentals in her local area. Kyli and her husband, Matt, are active in setting hefty goals and helping others navigate their real estate path while keeping their vision in mind. She always likes to say, “It’s not, how can we do something, but who can help us get that something done?” The InvestHER group has inspired her to do more, and she hopes she can repay that same feeling to others.
Julia Yost after spending 15 fulfilling years in the medical field, Julia embarked on a new chapter, trading stethoscopes for spreadsheets. Driven by a yearning for a lifestyle that emphasized family, freedom, and the joy of travel, she took a full-time leap into the world of real estate. The Yosts’ portfolio encompasses a diverse range of properties across various states, including long-term, mid-term, and short-term rentals. Julia started managing their long term rental portfolio in 2020 and then launched 5 short term rentals in less than a year. 2023 has witnessed another exciting venture for Julia, marking her debut as an entrepreneur by starting a land investing business with her husband Jon. This new pursuit has presented its own set of learnings and hurdles, but Julia embraces the entrepreneurial spirit with enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge. Her journey is more than just a career transition, it is proof that it's never too late to rewrite your narrative, embrace new challenges, and build a life that aligns with your deepest desires.
