Welcome to the Knoxville, TN InvestHER Chapter! This group has been created to help women real estate investors local to Knoxville meet, connect, and learn together and from one another!

MEET THE INVESTHER LEADER

Our local leader is Christina Zimmerman, an investor/certified real estate appraiser/world-traveler/dog mom with a knack for running numbers and a desire to serve others. Christina has been appraising real estate for the past five years, and she has experience valuing all types of residential properties throughout East TN, from farms to short-term rentals to multi-million dollar residences. Being an appraiser has allowed her direct insight into the valuation process, allowing her to decipher true value-add strategies, have a firm grasp on her local and surrounding markets, and connect with multiple investors, lenders, builders, appraisers, and realtors, alike. She started her investing career in 2019, buying a single-family home and house-hacking while renovating. She has since bought 3 additional properties, and she is employing both short-term and mid-term rental strategies.
