Hi, I’m Marija, a certified hypnotherapist with four years of experience practicing hypnosis. I also ran an in-person meditation group on Meetup for seven years, helping people relax, reconnect, and find inner peace. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can unwind, recharge, and experience the benefits of hypnosis firsthand.
What You’ll Need:

- A chair, sofa, or recliner where you can sit or lie back comfortably
- A stable internet connection
Note: Having your camera on helps me guide the session more effectively by ensuring everyone is following along and getting the full benefit of hypnosis.
