Please come to the NEW location of Ascent Physical Therapy - 4560 S. Carson St., Ste. 2, Carson City, NV 89701 to enjoy the deep relaxation and nervous system reset of Yoga Nidra.
Molly will continue with Yoga Nidra once a month on the second Friday of each month. Please bring all your own props. As always, by donation.
