Torrance has a plethora of streets lined with Christmas tree lights and unique decorations called the "Sleepy Hollow."

We will meet "inside the Corner Bakery" in Torrance to get coffee/hot chocolate, something to eat, and use the last restroom stop.

And prior to the group departing, we'll assemble directly outside, in front of the Corner Bakery, for a group photo, then **depart promptly at 830pm**.

Its an easy ten (10) minute walk from the Corner Bakery to the Sleepy Hollow area. From the Corner Bakery parking lot we'll walk east up PCH (towards Calle Mayor), turn north (left) at Robert Road, then an immediate left onto Doris Way.

And its going to be "brisk" outside... so definitely dress in warm layers (maybe bring gloves and a cap too) and wear comfortable walking shoes. No flip flops beach goers!

Add a little holiday festive attire, should you have a fun holiday item that lights up or blinks, please wear it.

The estimate of distance walked is (2.5) miles. The event duration depends on the group pace and how often we stop to admire the homes. To be safe allow at least two (2) hours to walk the entire route from the time we leave the Corner Bakery to the time we return - walking at a slow pace.

Please note that you can leave the group and head back to your car as needed. Also there are NO restrooms available during our walk.

Plenty of free parking available in the Corner Bakery/CVS parking lot.

We'll experience fresh air, exercise, and hot coffee on a brisk winters' eve... with of course a dazzling light display. Feel free to bring an adult beverage in a discrete cup with lid.
