High fives + bodyweight fitness. Expect to run, jump, burpee, push up, sit up, pull up, squat, lunge, swang (not a typo! come find out), and more. It's a full body workout and every Sunday it's a new adventure in sweat. Consider bringing water to stay hydrated and a towel or mat for ground work.
