Early Morning Ruck

Wanna ruck? Up before 5am and need something to do outside? Get a backpack, put some weight in it, and then just go for a walk. It's that simple!

We head out promptly at 0500am.

Bring a weighted ruck sack (backpack) and water. Speed will be a brisk walking pace (around ~15 minute mph), but if you want to go faster or slower, feel free. Suggested starting weight is 20 lbs. Adjust accordingly. HTFU and have fun!!

Post-ruck we'll hang out at a nearby coffee shop, relax, and talk about how much fun we all had.
