Are you interested in exploring the transformative power of meditation while contributing to meaningful research? Join my 30-Day Meditation Journey as a volunteer participant in a dissertation study for my PhD in Holistic Psychology. There's no catch — everything you need is provided for you!
In this journey, you will:
Commit to a 30-day meditation practice (all instructions are provided)
Fill out a pre-practice questionnaire before starting
Keep a daily meditation journal during the 30 days
Complete a post-practice questionnaire at the end
Your Role: Simply meditate for at least 20 minutes a day, journal your experiences, and complete the provided questionnaires. If you miss a day, no worries! Just log it in your journal, get back on track, and continue with the process.
This study is about exploring your unique experience with meditation, and your contribution will help me gain insights for my PhD research on meditation and personal transformation. All participants' information will be kept confidential, and there are no obligations beyond the practice itself.
