The Christmas period can be busy for many of us. Work events, family events, over indulgence, and the feeling of having to get things done by the end of the year.
For some it can also be a lonely or painful time. Some have lost loved ones which means Christmas can be a difficult time.
It has been a pleasure connecting with some of you recently and I felt the call to offer something where we can all be in community and where you will have daily tips and wellness hacks to make your Christmas period as enjoyable and smooth as possible. ππ½π
This will be hosted on a Telegram Group (this is like whatsapp)

What you get ππ½
π Each day of the advent calendar I will pop in with either a challenge, a hack or a mini guided practice. These will be around 5-10 minutes long so they are small steps towards you feeling more connected, calm, and ready able to navigate the Christmas period.
π Connection. Studies show that the top two indicators of a long life are social connections and relationships. We are in this together. You can take the tips and roll with them or you can be as involved as you have the space for in the community.
