Full Moon Cacao & Transformational Breathwork Ceremony

The time of the Full Moon is an energy peak, like the crest of a cosmic energy wave that's been building throughout the lunar month. It is a time of recharging and letting go of what is no longer serving us, ready to start fresh and clear with a powerful vision and intention for our lives. 🌕 🌕

During this ceremony, we will work with the medicines of cacao, relational alchemy, and breathwork to realign and rebalance ourselves at the time of this full moon in Taurus. ☕️🌹🌬️

Transformational Breathwork and Cacao are two powerful medicines which help us to drop into our heart and body, expand our consciousness, and journey into emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Combined with relational alchemy, we experience a powerful opening of the heart, dropping into the love that we are.

We will open the space with a cacao ceremony, bringing in both cacao and Rose as our plant guides this month. Working with cacao and rose helps us to open our hearts, access our intuitive channels, activate our creativity and gently turn inwards into a space of self love and reflection.

We will set our intentions for this space and for this moon cycle ahead, and then after a personal journey with cacao, we will move into some relational practices to move the energy through our heartspace. We will then warm up the body and breath to enter into our transformational breathwork journey.

Transformational Breathwork helps us to deepen our inner connection, improve our physical vitality, elevate mental and emotional clarity, and awaken our spiritual connection. It works by helping you to bypass the conscious mind and move into the subtle body to access the deeper layers of emotion, while gently supporting the nervous system.

It’s a faster way to move stuck energy and tap into a deeply intuitive state while remaining grounded in the body!

During our breathwork journey, you will lay down on your mat and be gently guided into a rhythmic breathing pattern supported by the music and my voice helping you to travel deeply into your body, allowing the breath to create space for release and renewal.

For many, the breath utilized in this way can help to release stored emotional energy that has been keeping them blocked and stagnated for years. And for many others, it is a portal to their innate wisdom and medicine within, an activation of their true essence and gifts.

Our journey will conclude with a group integration, with time for journaling and sharing insights and further support for one another.

Together we will co-create a healing and insightful experience of somatic release, heart-centered expression, and creating space for what you are truly calling into your life at this time.

Note: If you tend towards elevated blood pressure or have any heart issues, please contact me before the session so we can determine if this particular form of breathwork will be appropriate for you.

What to Bring: Please bring a mug for cacao, a water bottle, a journal and pen, and comfortable clothing (layers are good for temperature fluctuations that can happen during breathwork!) We will have blankets and yoga mats available at the space.
