Authentic Relating Games Night

Authentic Relating is the art and practice of exploring the aliveness of human connection in the present moment. Through this practice, we learn how to cultivate deeper relationships, understand our own patterns and emotions, and connect to ourselves and others with empathy, curiosity, and somatic awareness.

We’ll play connection games that help us practice relational skills, deepen existing bonds, and create new ones. Perfect for both extroverts and introverts, AR games invite you to come as you are and enjoy authentic experiences with others!

Bring simply an open mind and heart, and a playful attitude ready to dive into your relationship to yourself and others in a safe and lighthearted environment, to expand your comfort zone, and build a relational toolkit to use in all areas of your life. ✨
