Did you once run and since you stopped, miss that runner's high? Did you know you can get that same runner's high walking? Come join up for the only true long distance walking group in The Woodlands.
We will meet at 6:25am and leave promptly at 6:30am.
All you need is a good pair of walking/running shoes, appropriate exercise clothing for the weather, a light, and a hydration bottle.
We do between 3 and 6 miles each time we meet. If 3 to 6 miles is too much distance for you right now, that's OK! You are welcomed to walk with us and turn around for a a shorter distance.
Afterwards, we will socialize at Starbucks over coffee/tea (optional).
