Wednesday Morning Dance Party Workout. Since the days of Shelter In Place, we've been dancing in our homes for a little exercise. During this time, we've had friends and family join in the fun. Maybe some of you, who like to dance, will join us too. We're still going strong!

Here's the format:
5 minutes of chatting to start
Followed by a 4 song set to dance in your home on Zoom.
Then repeat the chatting and dancing for an hour.

This is not a watch party, where you watch others dance on zoom. If you are not at least dancing some, or have your screen video turned off, or have it pointed to the ceiling where you can not be seen, you will be bumped out of the zoom party.

You can drop out when you need, if it runs long for you or you've met your exercise limit.

You can dance at your own pace, but you have to at least dance and move some. You choose the level of exercise your body can handle. You are responsible for your own health and well being. If you can't or won't dance for some reason, please skip this event.

Some of us use hand weights or hold a bottle of water or can of vegetables while we dance to increase upper body exercise. You can try it if you like.
