Introspective Breathwork® Therapy is a therapeutic practice designed to connect you with your subconscious through conscious, connected breathing. This powerful modality supports you in receiving exactly what you need in the present moment—whether it's rest, clarity, guidance, healing, or something deeper.

Space is limited, so please register for your spot at the link below!
Please make sure your device is charged or make sure you have your charger accessible. It would also be ideal if you have some way to position your device so that the camera will face you during your breathing. You will need to be in an uninterrupted space for approximately 90 minutes.
You may breathe in whatever position is comfortable to you, but it is recommended to lay in the supine position. Please use the restroom and, if available, silence your phone before you begin your session.
Plan to lay on your bed, couch, yoga mat, or sit in your favorite recliner or chair. Supportive items I recommend you have accessible are pillows, blankets, water, headphones, journal, pen, and tissues.
