As the full moon reaches its peak, we gather to align with its energy of letting go and renewal, creating a powerful opportunity for inner healing and transformation.

In this sacred temple space, we’ll begin with a gentle tea ceremony, where we’ll sip on nourishing herbal tea that helps ground and calm the mind. This intentional practice will guide us into a state of reflection and openness, inviting us to recognize and release emotional or energetic patterns that no longer support our highest good.

After the tea ceremony, you'll be bathed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums. The sound bath will encourage deep relaxation, as the vibrational frequencies work to clear away blockages, soothe the nervous system, and help you release stagnant energy.
