As this is a small and popular venue, I ask that you keep your RSVP up to date. If we book for more people than we need it means the venue loses space they could be using for someone else (and I feel like a total jerk). Please also give at least 24 hours notice if you can't make it to allow anyone on the waitlist time to see that they now have a spot and plan their Saturday.

NO SHOWS - We have a strict no show policy. A no show is when you say you are attending and then don’t show up and don’t communicate a valid reason to the host of the event regarding your absence.

Unfortunately "I forgot" is not a valid excuse as we are all grownups with busy lives. Members will be removed from the group after two instances of a no show. This includes people who give less than 18 hours' notice (except in the case of an emergency).

I understand that things come up and life happens but consistently changing yourself to not coming at the last minute without communication or regularly not showing up when you've said you will attend will result in you being denied a spot at future events I host. Sorry for sounding like a meanie but this stuff is important to ensure everyone who wants to attend can. Thanks.
