Long Sault Coservation Area

There is lots to explore in Long Sault Conservation Area. With more than 18kms of marked trails that zig and zag throughout with a range of difficulty.

We will be doing the Long Sault Loop which is 14.6 km at a good clip. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 3 h 50 min to complete.

It is winter folks so wear appropriate clothing. Its all about the layers. Do not show up in running shoes.
We will stop for lunch of course and if we make good time there will be a social at a nearby restaurant.
