Details

This is a community-based free tai chi program. It is open to everyone regardless of tai chi experience. It is designed around four ideas. We make learning and practicing tai chi:

  1. Safe
  2. Fun
  3. Simple
  4. Healthy

We are new member-friendly, so if you do not know any tia chi, this is for you. If you know a little, this is for you. if you are an advanced practitioner in the Simplified Yang Style 24 Form, you will enjoy our program.
All participants follow 7 rules to join us.

  1. Do not try to do anything we teach or see us do you can not do.
  2. Stay in your comfort zone.
  3. This is exercise, if you have any medication or health conditions that exercise may interfere with you should have your healthcare provider's permission to join us.
  4. If you get tired or dizzy you may take a break anytime you need to.
  5. We end in 1 hour and you are free to leave. However, we may teach longer if members stay longer.
  6. Relax breathe and have fun.
  7. Tell the lead instructor if you feel anything is not safe, fun, simple, or healthy.
