• 11:15 pm: Transfer from Thamel (Kathmandu) to the Ashram

• 2:30-3:00 pm: Reiki & Relaxation Session
• 3:15-4:00 pm: Buddhist Philosophy & Meditation
• 4:00-4:30 pm: Tea Break
• 4:30-5:30 pm: Yoga, Kundalini Meditation & Sound Healing
• 6:45-7:45 pm: Evening Meditation & Discourse
• 8:00 pm: Dinner

• 7:00-8:00 am: Dynamic Meditation
• 8:00-9:30 am: Yoga Session
• 9:30-11:30 am: Breakfast
• 11:30-1:00 pm: Tarot Reading & Philosophy Meditation
• 1:00-1:30 pm: Lunch Break
• 3:30-5:00 pm: Sound Healing
• 5:00-6:45 pm: Tea Break
• 6:45-8:00 pm: Evening Meditation
• 8:30 pm: Dinner

• 7:00-9:30 am: Meditation & Yoga Session
• 9:30-10:30 am: Breakfast
• 10:30-11:00 am: Meditation
• 11:30 am: Departure to Kathmandu, and visit the Monkey Temple and Boudanath
• 4:00 pm: Transfer to the airport
