What to Expect:
Last time in Part 1 of this series, we explored limiting beliefs, which are key to breaking through barriers. This session, we’re taking it a step further!
We’ll gather to discuss personal growth, set achievable goals, and offer support. You’ll have the chance to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with and connect with others on their growth journeys.
Where:
Hughes Main Library - 25 Heritage Green Place Greenville, SC 29601
Meeting Room A — Once you enter the library, take a right to see the front desk and then take an immediate right again. You’ll see Friends Shop, keep going straight, and you’ll see a huge globe. The meeting rooms are right there. We’ll be in Meeting Room A.

Intro to Goal Setting & Accountability:

We'll start by using the Personal Balanced Scorecard to assess where you are in different areas of life and set goals that align with your aspirations. It’s all about creating balance and building a clear roadmap to your dreams, whether it's in finances, relationships, personal growth, or health.

Open Discussions:

Let’s dive into the challenges we’ve faced, barriers holding us back from our current goals, or simply areas we’d like to improve. What’s been helpful (or not)? And how can we improve or get better by discussing these topics together? Whether it’s habits we’re building or obstacles we’re navigating, let’s have an open conversation about what’s working and what isn’t.

We’ll then pick 2 of the goals we set previously and work on making them SMART—because a goal without a clear plan is just a wish. Together, we'll turn your big dreams into Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals that will keep you on track and motivated.

Accountability: We’ll then set up systems to keep ourselves on track with our goals. Whether it’s through check-ins, shared commitments, or supportive reminders, accountability ensures we stay motivated and follow through. You’ll have the opportunity to partner up or join a group where you can share your progress and keep each other focused as we move forward on this journey together!
