Suggested viewing before we meet (4 min video): Overcoming Negative Thought Patterns to Find Joy
- What foundations do we need in order to be happy?
- Are there situations or circumstances that might preclude a feeling of happiness?
- How might natural beauty, the uniqueness of strangers, or the relationships surrounding us all contribute to a feeling of happiness?
- What are some strategies for identifying and challenging negative thought patterns?

About TWD Online events:
- Zoom event starts at 3pm pacific
- From 3p-3:30p, members join the main Zoom room to mingle, watch the video again, grab a beverage and settle in
- At 3:30pm, the hosts create Zoom breakout rooms where groups of 6-10 members join to have a more in-depth conversation about the topic
- Between 5 and 5:30, the hosts decide to end their facilitation and leave their breakout room to return to the main room. At 5:30 PM, all of the breakout rooms are closed and members will be returned to the main room for the ‘post discussion party'.
