What we’re about
For anyone who enjoys the sociability and fun of early 19th century dance. Valley Area English Regency Dancing celebrates the life and times of Jane Austen. Dances of the period are social mixers, elegant, happy, and transport people through time. It's a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon, away from the stresses of daily life. There are also light refreshments, conversation, and dancing to music of Mozart, Haydn, and Beethoven and traditional tunes.
No costumes, partners, or prior experience required. All dances taught and prompted by Laura Beraha.
