Adero Canyon Andrews-Kinsey hike to Scenic View
Details
Let's do a fun, short evening hike in the Adero Canyon. The mountain and desert views are beautiful, and it is worth the drive to Fountain Hills.
We will do a 3.2-mile hike with 650 feet gradual elevation to the scenic view. We will start on the Promenade Trail for .1 miles and make the left turn to the Western Loop trail. We will stay on the Western loop trail until the intersection of the Andrews-Kinsey Trail. We will take the Andrews-Kinsey trail to the scenic overlook. We will take a break there and return the same way.
Bring at least 2 liters of water, sunblock, hat, flashlight, and a smile. If you do not do elevation hikes this hike may not be for you. We will stay together. This is not a fitness hike.
The trailhead has restrooms and water fountains.
Dogs are allowed on a leash.
Adero Canyon Trailhead can be accessed from Shea Blvd by driving north on Palisades Dr. and turning left on Eagle Ridge Dr. Take Eagle Ridge Drive to the end of the road.
We will leave promptly at start time posted. Please be on time.
