Each time we meet, we have engaging conversations, explore new perspectives, and share approaches to navigating life’s challenges. I’ve loved getting to know each person who attends, and I’m excited to keep building on these meaningful connections.

For this meetup, let’s dive into a timely topic: “The Holidays and Relationships.” From family to friends, colleagues to partners, our relationships often take on new dynamics as we approach the holiday season. How do the holidays impact your relationships? What strategies do you use to manage stress, expectations, and stay connected?
I’ll bring along a few thought-provoking questions to kickstart the conversation, as well as some guiding strategies in case we want to dig deeper. Of course, there will be plenty of space for open sharing and exploration of any other topics that come up!
