Did you know that there is a yoga that comes from Tibet? Most schools of Tibetan yoga have been kept secret for centuries, reserved for Tibetan monks only, but this one, called Yantra Yoga, has been made available to the public only recently.

Breath, the link between body and mind, is the crux, and how we breathe is the vital aspect of the whole practice. And the movement performed is done according to a rhythm. The Yantras are like a flowing dance, and the effects on the practitioner beneficial in a multitude of ways.
