Ladies, join us for a fun, energetic, and easy-to-follow Cardio walking workout! This \~15-20 minute dance party is low-impact, and designed to get you moving to some of your favorite tunes.
No equipment or experience required!
It's a 2000+ step workout that is perfect for all fitness levels. Get ready to dance your way to better health with these simple steps.
If you are new or have not attended in a long time, you'll need to do the following:

1. Email me at Tracy@TimeForChangePersonalTraining.com so I can email you a waiver/health form. You'll need to fill it out and email it back to me prior to class (meetup does not allow us to send documents on this site).
2. Purchase a 10 Session Punch Card (Special is $40) through Venmo or Zelle.
3. Once these two steps are completed I'll send you the Zoom link for class.
