• 19:00 President - opening

• 19:05 President - introduces the Toastmaster

• 19:10 Book of the week

• 19:15 Toastmaster - presents the evaluation team

• 19:20 Toastmaster - introduces the Speakers and the evaluators

• 19:45 networking break

• 19:55 Toastmaster - introduces The Topics Master, that will lead the Table Topics session

• 20:25 Toastmaster - introduces the General Evaluator, that will request reports from the evaluation team, and give his own report at the end

• 20:50 Vote counter - announces the winners

• 20:55 VPE - assigns the role for the next meeting

• 21:00 Toastmaster - gives the floor to the President for the closing of the meeting

• 21:15 closing, group photo, networking

Audience is more than welcome to our Toastmasters events, so come in and see what happens, even if you do not want to take an active role.
