Eastern Middlesex Toastmasters (Meet every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month)
Details
Eastern Middlesex Toastmasters Club is a community club open to the public. We are a diverse, friendly group of supportive Toastmasters from all walks of life. We meet on the first and third Monday of each month from 7 PM to 8:30 PM at the Stoneham Public Library, 431 Main Street, Stoneham, Massachusetts. Guests are welcome to drop in anytime and observe or join in on the impromptu portion of the club meeting. Our club officers will be there to answer any questions you might have about joining.
Beginning speakers and experienced professionals alike can benefit from our meetings. You'll learn and practice in a friendly, comfortable environment with people who are there for the same reason you are—to become better communicators. And have fun doing it! Whether you're giving a speech at a wedding or you're getting a promotion and will be speaking in front of your team, Toastmasters is the place to improve your speaking skills.
By regularly giving speeches, gaining feedback, leading teams and guiding others to achieve their goals in a supportive atmosphere, leaders emerge from the Toastmasters program. Every Toastmasters journey begins with a single speech. During your journey, not only will you learn to tell your story, but you'll also learn to give constructive feedback to other speakers.
Toastmasters International is a world leader in communication and leadership development. Our organization has more than 345,000 memberships. Members improve their speaking and leadership skills by attending one of the 15,900 clubs in 142 countries that make up our global network of meeting locations.
