At Sant Cugat Toastmasters, we hold meetings every two weeks where we practice speeches (english or spanish) using the Toastmasters methodology.

We hold face to face meetings at Casa de Cultura (C/Castellvi, 8) on the 1st & 3rd Monday each month.
Session opens at 7.15 pm & the meeting starts at 7.30 pm
The rough agenda for the evening is:
1. Quick warm-up & introductions
2. Two or three prepared speeches delivered by existing members & feedback
3. Impromptu speaking & feedback (open to non-members)
4. Closing thoughts
The meeting should close at 9pm-ish.
We welcome everyone (members & non-members) to join our meetings.
If you come as a guest is free of charge.
It's very important to be there before 7.30 pm in order to not disturb the speakers and also the audience.
If you are late, please enter quietly using the door at the end of the room.
