Island Bay Toastmasters is a fun and welcoming environment in which to practise your speaking skills, gain confidence speaking in public and to develop your leadership skills too!

Toastmasters is invaluable to both personal and professional development. Wellington is one of the most "Toastmastered" cities in the world - per capita' and we believe Island Bay Toastmasters has some of the best Toastmasters in Wellington! So, come along and learn from the experts.

Island Bay Toastmasters offers the best of both worlds - organised and excellent meetings where you can learn and improve; while being a fun, warm group of individuals who don't take life too seriously and enjoy many laughs along the way!

We welcome guests to any of our meetings. We meet on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesdays of the month. So, if you can't make this meeting, the next one is not far off!
