💛We’ll begin by sharing tea, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Transitioning into a guided meditation, enriched by soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. A blissful experience to unwind, connect with your inner peace, strengthen your meditation practice and maybe learn some new techniques.

🌲Let’s come together to uplift one another, heal through connection, and celebrate our collective strength. This is a space for you to be fully yourself, where acceptance and support flow freely. Your presence is the missing piece that will help us all rise!
