Basic Yoga (indoors)

Meeting Time: 4:30 pm
Meeting Spot: Yoyogi Hachiman Station (Odakyu Line) at the bottom of the stairs of the North Exit .

If you are coming by subway, get out of Exit 1 of Yoyogi Koen Station on Chiyoda Line and turn right. Walk past Yoyogi Hachiman Station South Exit, cross the train tracks, turn right, walk half a block and you will see the North Exit on your right.

20 minutes Lying poses
