ラテンダンス 国分寺 Latin Dance Lessons Kokubunji

コロンビアのプロラテンダンスインストラクターのアイダさんは、毎週日曜日にライトハウス国分寺で、エキサイティングな、強烈な、よく組織された、そしてとても楽しいダンスレッスンを教えています。２０年以上のダンスと指導の経験がありますので、きっと誰にでもいい練習になるでしょう！

ウォームアップから、さまざまなダンステクニック、コーディネーションステップ、いくつかの異なるタイプのラテンダンスステップ、クールダウン、そして最後にフリーダンスが行います。

レベル関係なく皆を歓迎します！レッスンは日本語と英語の両方で行われます。動きやすい靴と笑顔をお持ちください！

料金はお一人様1500円で、無料ドリンク付きです。さまざまなソフトドリンクからお選びいただけます。また、カクテルやビールもお楽しみいただけます。

レッスンは毎週日曜日の午後7時から午後8時30分までです。お気軽にご参加ください！

Professional Latin Dance instructor Ayda from Colombia teaches an exciting, intense, well-organized and of course super fun dance lesson every Sunday at Lighthouse Kokubunji. With over 20 years of dancing and teaching experience you’ll be sure to learn something new!

We start with a warm-up before moving on to different dance techniques, coordination steps, several different types of Latin dance steps, cool-down and finally some free dancing!

All levels are welcome. Lessons are conducted in both Japanese and English. Please bring comfortable shoes and a big smile!

The fee is 1500 yen per person per lesson and includes a free drink. You can choose from a variety of soft drinks or have a cocktail or a beer!

The lesson takes place every Sunday from 7pm-8.30pm. Feel free to join us anytime!
