Tokyo Photography Conference

Tokyo Photography Conference is a monthly event for photographers of any level to showcase their photo projects (preferably non-commercial works) to photography lovers. Usually held on the first weekend of every month.

The objective of this event is to provide a platform for photographers to showcase their personal photography projects to audiences who love to see good photography. (Group admin fits both these roles)

Photographers of any level are welcomed to participate. Students, photography enthusiasts, and professionals are all welcomed to participate.

Any photographer who thinks they fit the following criteria can send their works for consideration:

  1. Personal photography works (Works you did when no one pays you to do so)
  2. A clear theme or series
  3. At least 10 photos in the series
  4. On the day of presentation, willing to give a small introduction to what motivated this series and simple Q&A with the audience

  1. Everyone look at the photos first

  2. At least three members from the floor give their honest views on the photos before proceeding to the next phase (This is to allow first impression feedback to the photographer)
