Before devoting his work fulltime in Real Estate, Eric worked as a Project Manager for Walmart managing multimillion-dollar projects, overseeing the installation on new construction, remodels, and restructures; Including building the Monroe, Lima, and Perrysburg Walmart’s. Eric also served in military for 32 years, in charge of, commanding and training thousands of troops before retiring. Eric has also worked on projects for La-Z-Boy, O-I, Owens Corning, Ford Motor Company, and Chrysler.
 
Eric’s passion is to figure things out and stream line processes taking hard complex problems and turn them into simple easy processes making it easier for everyone to understand and anyone able to do the task which was once hard to do. He takes a situation, analyzes every possible situation, and solution and comes up with several solutions to work out any problem.
 
His motivation is driven due to his family:
