CLASS STRUCTURE:

  • Warm up drills
  • Coaching element for the session
  • Main workout - different running session each week (e.g. fartlek, hill training, intervals, tempo run, time trial, etc.)
  • Cool down stretching

CLASS OBJECTIVES:

  • Complete an intensive training session in a safe and motivated group
  • Receive feedback on your running technique
  • Improve your strength, speed and endurance
  • Have fun and meet new running friends!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Bookings and full information via www.totalrunningclub.com
  • 1 class @ RM40 or 5 classes @ RM175
  • Suitable for all ages and abilities
  • Average class size of 8-15 persons
