Jumps session progressing beyond levels covered on Monday Athletics 365 sessions. It will be a regular session except where the track is unavailable because of a competition or similar. (A notice will be sent where this arises).
Session pitched at developing hurdles beyond beginner level or including specific mobility work for athletes as part of their programme.
