These fun online "social accountability" sessions make starting and continuing just about anything easier and more energizing, with the immediacy of taking action on your priority tasks in real time.
Here's the flow of each session...
~ Intros + centering (10 min)
~ Planning: Mindfully review calendar + to-do lists (5 min)
~ Intention setting: Today's focus (5 min)
~ Action! Two 25 min sessions (with a 5 min break in the middle)
~ Progress + wisdom share (10 min)
You can use this time to answer emails, make progress on a project, follow up with clients, fold and put away clothes, read, write, draw, work on a school assignment, do a workout, reach out to family or friends, pay some bills ... or just feel the satisfaction of getting some stuff done!
