Mindfulness & Trauma Healing will explore the link between mindfulness and trauma, and how mindfulness relieves post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other stress-related injuries and provides healing benefits. We will share personal experiences as well as different psychological theories explaining how mindfulness heals trauma.
This weekly group coaching event will include discussion, guided meditation, and opportunities for feedback to help you learn more about yourself, share your thoughts on recovery from trauma, and make new friends.
On a weekly basis, we will bring awareness to how each of us holds trauma and can lead a healing journey together through meditation, discussion, reflection and compassion.
If you're struggling with a mental health issue like anxiety or depression, or if you want to find ways to manage symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, mindfulness and trauma healing can help.
